Washington Gas/Washington Energy Services are claim to be two different companies and the trouble is that they are double billing their clients. They are also not adequately and efficiently posting the correct payments to the correct accounts.

In result, Washington Gas is misplacing payments posted to customer accounts. Some customers services have been disconnected several instances because of the confusion in billing with the two companies (ref: Jacqueline/Nathaniel Little 301-839-1195, incident occurred twice in 60 days.)

Overall, Washington Gas is overbilling/doublebilling and disconnecting services that they are confusing and misplacing themselves. In turn, customers are suffering from this and nothing is being done about this. If nothing is going to be done this time. Im going to Channel 7 local news (ABC).
