Washington Mutual Beware of Washington Mutual, Chase owned credit cards! Dallas Texas
I have had a visa card witrh WM for about a year with a 9.9% interest rate.
I have never had a problem carried a balance of 2500.00 they recently without warning increased my raqte to 17.9%.
I contacted the company and they initially gave me the run around, I reported them to the BBB and they lied their way out of that. They sent me a letter that basically was filled with BS! Theyt claim they gave me the option to opt out but I never was even warned!!!!!!!!
In this economic crisis we should be helping one another but Washington Mutual/Chase is just trying to drown you in more debt!!!!! I will contact my local State Rep to see if they can help. It's wrong completely wrong!
