Complaint Review: Washington Mutual Bank FA PANARAMA FINANCIAL CENTER 1637

Hi Over the past 4 years Ive been with Washington Mutaul Bank. We have had $1000's of dollars taken from us that we really never had still dont have .Staying with this bank has had a large impact on our life and our 5 year old sons life.

My husband and I don't have the best credit . So we are unable to get a personal line of credit from Washington Mutual , to protect our $300.00 overdraft ,from Washington Mutual this is the results for last two months

My husband has Direct deposit set up every two weeks .For the last year I've noticed direct deposit is the last item to go through your account that thursday night. So if your at a negative balance they make sure they put all checks through or any other things that may be lerking before they bring your account to a positive balance . They think of it this way they make $21.00 dollars for the bank. And did you know that the bank managers receive half of every OVERDRAFT CHARGE for the area of the bank you bank with .We have promblems just like everyone else.

MONEY is the #1 promblem for most people that sometimes make it hard on us when our FINANCIAL INSTITUTION is making more $$$$ Promblems for their customers that they care so much about .They dont care they act like they care when you go in to open an account from all the account's that they offer.Nobody should have to pay $21.00 for a mistake .It does not solve the customers problem it solves theirs ....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Thats why they are number one .If you gathered a 100 customers together my thought I would say 25 % of 100 would be satisfied .
