Washington Mutual, Green Tree LLC Did not provide 15 day notice of mortgage sale, ripoff by Green Tree anticipated, fraudulant claims of lapsed insurance Seattle, Rapid City Washington, North Dakota
Washington Mutual sold my account to Green Tree LLC, but failed to provide me with written notice of this sale within the 15 days as is required by law. Not only did I have nothing but trouble from WAMU, from fraudulant claims of "lapsed insurance", to illegally reporting false information to the credit reporting agency's, re-submitting false information previously found to be inaccurate to the credit reporting agency's, claiming that I was as much as 6 months behind in my mortgage payments despite proof provided by my bank refuting their false claims, providing false and mis-information to the Better Business Bureau in all of the 4 claims I made against them, to just piss poor business practices and questionable tactics led t 5 years of hell. Now it looks like this Green Tree LLC is much worse. I will be forced to scrutinize every piece of information I get from these loosers, so I don't wind up typing more of these reports.
