Washington Mutual - WAMU BANK lied over the phone looked at account said i was only getting charged 1 $32 fee charged 4. Seattle Washington
call the phone rep got lied to had to bail some out of jail so i had to over draft the account by $100 they said i would only be charged 1 $32 fee. when it was all said and done they charged me 4 of them they lied to make $32*3= $96 more i should not have to pay for a lie i asked them what else would bounce they said nothing else would bouce i ony be charged 1 $32 fee for that $100.

i realy like the way they lied to me to get more money out of me. they told me on the phone nothing else would bounce but that one $100 i took out which would be only 1 $32 fee

I always thought a person had to pay on each over draft. If you had more than one over draft, you would be charged for each time. Question? Since you bailed someone out of jail using insufficient funds, did that person have to go back to jail?

If you asked "If I overdraw draw my account by $100 will I be charged a fee?" then the answer would probably by "yes, you will be charged a $32 fee".
If you asked, "If I overdraw my account by $100 and I have three other debits that will also overdraw my account, how many fees will I be charged?" The answer would probably have been "Depends upon the transaction amounts and how they are posted".
I would consider your situation more of a lack of communication than of being told a lie.
