Well i've been having problems with this bank for awhile. Ive been having credit reports ive tried to get off and the said they(wamu) would refund me the money within 24 hours. They refunded it several days later and took some of my transactions that i did at when i first got paid and they posted it when i had little to no money and it caused me to overdraft they charged me 6 overdraft fees.

I called and talked to a supervisor and she had said it was the banks mistake and they would refund my money within 24 hours again. They still havent gave me anything back and ive called multiple times and all the people ive talked to said the supervisor that told me they would refund they money didnt leave a note saying she was going to do that and everyone else said it wasnt the banks fault and they couldnt do anything and have been rude its been frustrating. Its caused unneccisary stress on my wife who is pregnant by the way. This bank has held some transactions till i'm practicaly broke until they post them.

First, the banks don't decide when things are received by them...

Items like debit transactions from a point of sale will settle when they are finally batched by the retailer. Checks will clear at night, and you will have no idea when honestly.

But what kind of transactions were you trying to have reversed?
