Complaint Review: Washington Tax Services

Washington Tax Services:

They have $5,250 and haven't done anything other than filling few papers with the IRS. I had to pay for outside work to get the job done. Not to mentioned that I was disrespected by one of their staff members. Searching around the internet, I found the following complaint going back to 2002. I guess I am not the only victim here!

Washington Tax Service is a Rip-Off. They wanted me to send them $500.00. So they can help me with my tax problems. I sent in the money and never herd back from them. Now that I became unsatisfied with their services that they never provided, I asked for the refund that they guarantee. Now they say
they will NOT send my money back. They took my money and provided any services. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

This is their guarantee:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If at any time within 15 days of receipt and prior to completion of our work, you are unsatisfied for any reason or just change your mind, you need only ask for refund. You need not state any reason, and you will be gladly and promptly refunded without question. Please be aware that this unconditional refund applies only to uncompleted work. Refunds for work done in direct negotiations with the IRS or work which is completed or near completion will be refunded on a prorated basis.
