Washinton Mutual behaves like thugs
Long story. Bottom line, after WM sucked up our mortgage from a firm that just wanted out of the fi-biz, they committed a major series of screw-ups that could only have occurred because top management wanted it that way.
WM, having misread a check we sent in August spent three months trying to figure out what they did wrong. Then, having been paid everything owed them after someone in their (dis)organization finally figured it out, did what any cheap thug might do - they submitted a derogratory report to the credit rating agencies. Very Mafioso!
If anybody out there has had a similar experience with these money grubbing, sweaty little bastards, please let us know. We are going to take them to court, of course. But aside from that, we would appreciate any stories that would help us shame these sob's in the media.

I NEVER KNEW THERE WAS SUCH A THING AS PREDITORY LENDING CO. OUT THERE,UNTILL WASHINGTON MUTUEL MORTGAGE CO. BAUGHT MY LOAN .THEY SCOOPED UP MY LOAN UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS 16 MO. BEHIND.THAT WAS TOTALLY UNTRUE.
I GOT A LETTER STATING MY LOAN HAD BEEN SOLD TO MASH MUTUAL AND MY MORTGAGE CO WILL NO LONGER TAKE MY PAYMENTS THEN WASH MU. SENT ME A LETTER MY LOAN WASNT SOLD.
I DONT KNOW WHO TO PAY. FINNALLY WASH MU. SENDS ME A LETTER STATING THERE SORRY FOR ALL THE CONFUSION THEY DID TAKE OVER MY LOAN. NOW IM LATE ON PAYMENTS THEN THEY CALL ME SAYING THERE GOING TO FORCLOSE ON MY HOME BECAUSE I WAS 16 MO.
BEHIND I TOLD THEM I WAS 2 MO BEHIND BECAUSE OF THERE SCREW UPS THEY CUSSED ME AND CALLED ME A LYER.THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY RESPONSABILITY TO FIX TERE SCREW UPS SO I CALLED THE OLD CO,AND TOLD THEM I NEED A PAYMENT HISTORY I FAX IT TO THEM TO TRY AND FIX TIS MESS NOW THEY WANT ME TO CATCH UP AND PAY LEGAL FEES AND LATE PAYMENTS .EVEN THOUGH NONE OF THIS IS MY FALT .
IM SCARED IM GOING TO LOOSE MY HOME.THEY SAYED I COULD FIX ALL THIS BY SENDIND IN 2500.00 I HAVE FIVE CHILDREN AND NOT ALOT OF MONEY. SO I SCAAPE AND BARROW FROM FAMILY TO PAY THEM ,AND I DO.
NOW THERE SAYING MY 2500.00WAS JUST A DOWN PAYMENT FOR A FORBARENCE AGGREEMENT .I NEVER SIGHNED A FORBARENCE AGGREEMENT .THEY HAVE STARTED TO FORCLOSE ON MY HOUSE .
I GO TO HUD THEY TELL ME THERE PREDITORY LENDERS ALL I CAN DO TO STOP THEM IS TO FILE CHAPTER 13THERE GOS MY CREDIT!THERE SCHEDULED TO FORCLOSE ON MAY 9TH HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS ALL I CAN DO IS FILE CHAPTER13 TO STOP THE FORCLOSURE.I NEED HELP TO FIGHT THESE HOME WRECKERS.
