I signed a contarcat with WM for 2 business locations few years ago. Waste Management keeps nenewing the contract without notice and then increase the price. At this point I am paying 25% more than the competition. Now I found in fine writing in the contract that they will renew for another year, every year, and may increase the prices (which they do). I cannot cancel the contract until 90 days before the contract expires and that has to be done via Registered US mail. WOW... they locked me so bad that I cannot get out.!!
Here is worst .. no one wants to talk to me or return the call.. cannot find my sales rep, cannot find a senior management contact. They are the biggest ripoff !!Please stay away from them, if possible; because once you get in you are totally taken advantage of !!
