Watcez ripoff dishonest shipping New Delhi Internet
At last (after many E-mails) I received a replica watch ($241). A wrong one. A big clumsy watch not even shown on their Homepage.
16 days ago I sent an E-mail (actually 3 to all their E-mail addresses) to ask them to send me the ordered watch or give me my money back. I never got an answer.
This is apparently a common technique to put off their customers.

My Watchez Saga has at last ended. After corresponding with a new employee (??) from Watchez I have received a full refund from Transecute.

Without notice, without response from my E-mails, I today received a package from Hong Kong (Watchez distributor). I was much exited expecting my order to be fulfilled (order# 19286).
Alas, opening the box with two watches??? Not one of them was my order. One of the watches fell apart when I tried to manage the reverse function (Jeager Le Coultre Reverso). Furthermore I could not activate the crown to justify the hands. It was a genuine cheap watch both in look and functions.
The second watch is a yellow, cheap ($1) replica of a lady Rolex watch. I did not bother to examine this watch. Both watches are best described as trash.
I don't know if I should cry or laugh of this experience, but it is an expensive laugh. I have learned my lesson: $330 in my currency (price, tax, etc.).
Now, I don't expect Watchez to solve the problem, so I intend to take legal actions against the companies who brought me in this situation. I will inform you here.
In the meantime I will warn anyone against trading with/trough Watchez and/or Transecute. It is genuine fraud.
