Complaint Review: Watchause

Do NOT buy anything from www.watchause.com or its associated individuals Himanshu Mishra or Alicia Jensen.

The site presents as a high quality site saying that they sell replica swiss watches and it appears to be a legitimate operation however this cannot be further from the truth.  

I placed an order for 2 swiss replica watches in November 2013 that I proposed to pay for by credit card.  I was offered a 50% price reduction if I agreed to pay by Western Union. After I paid, the watches never arrived.

I was given tracking numbers however I doubt the tracking numbers were legitimate tracking numbers for my parcel.

I spent over 2 months of sending constant follow up emails only to be offered every excuse under the sun.  It started out as: wait another few days, it is sure to arrive. Then, it changed to, the item was sent to the wrong location however it is on the way to you now.  

After 2 months, I lost interest and asked for a refund.  They obliged and said they need to send a payment to me by cheque as they were paid by Western Union.  Then the whole fiasco started all over again - the parcel tracking number went to another location etc... After countless back and forth emails nothing surfaced.

I have over 80 emails going backwards and forwards between us over a 4 month period until in the end they just stop responding to your emails.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM OR SEND ANY MONEY TO WATCHAUSE VIA WESTERN UNION OR CREDIT CARD - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
