I sent a Marconi Rolex watch to Watchbrokers.com. I originally spoke to the salesman Joe Williams.  He was "lovely" sent me a fed-ex envelope and I sent my watch.  I did not hear from them for over a month.  I called adamantly and spoke with Eric Toso who said they were having computer issues.  Forgivingly I allowed him 4 weeks to get back to me.  He told me the watch needed $800.00 worth of work and then it would be guaranteed to sell. Today- July 19, 2012 I decided to contact them.  The web address does not work, no one is answering the phones.  I came upon this site and see I am not alone.  I would be happy to file a class action suit.  My question is if they were known for doing this how were they allowed to go back and do this again.

I have all of my email contacts as well as my contract.  I will also be sending a letter to the better business bureau and have my own attorney send a letter.  I left a message for Eric today stating I want my watch returned within 24 hours.

I am horrified that this can go on!!
