The have a professional web site www.watchbrokers.com and a very smooth sales staff and submittal process to include agreements and even a slick shipping program for you to submit your watch. The main Sales Manager is Eric Toso - do not believe anything these guys tell you! CAUTION - they are smooth operators and deft at glossing over things and pitching another story! Bottom line nothing gets done or resolved! This company, owners and needs to be held accountable.
