Contacted Watchbrokers. com regarding selling my watch. received a call from clive bettey the general manager told me they were very interested in my watch. they send fedx to pick it two day latter  recevied a call from jeff Little telling me that the watch arrived in good condition would I like the 99.00 clean up service, that it should make the watch sell faster, so I gave the okay. Their commission for selling the watch was 30%. The watch was picked up on april 17th and sold on Oct.13.My original broker was Ty  Garder Than Eric Toso took over. eric told me I should be paid in 30 bussiness days. called Eric after the time had passed. Eric called told me I should be paid in 45 days. contacted R.J Bergh The President of the company no answer.

Received a email from Brandy Bennett Fianace Manager fo watchbrokers, com The letter said watchbroker.com woking with the Governor of Georgia's office for consumer protection to create a 12 month payment schedule, the payment schedule is based on when the watch was sold and will be paid over a 12 month periord, to paid in full by November 30, 2012. I belive this is another stall.

This company has the gall to want the contract followed in full which would be for a  633.00 commmission plus 99.00 for the cleaning that I doubt ever took place. Why are the people runnning this company not in jail. Where is the is the law in Georgia?
