Watchez.com - James Watson - Andy Ripoff Incompetent Unresponsive deceitful Kowloon Hong Kong
After a long, but plausible wait my order arrived today from "Watchez.com". Sadly the thin manilla envelope, and recycled sheet of bubble wrap, weren't much protection for the two watches tumbling loose inside. Consequently, the metal bracelet of one was damaged beyond repair. Upon closer inspection I then realized that neither of these were watches I'd ordered. Immediately I emailed Andy, (at Watchez), asking for the correct protocol in such situations. Imagine my consternation when, within minutes, I received a "do no reply" notice from their Credit Pay Gateway - "Pay.Transcute.com", explaining that my card had been successfully charged. Inexplicably, the subject line of this email was "Last Reminder". But then, they had written three times previously to remind me of this. (Ironically, thus far my sole and only communication with their organization.) To be fair, some might think I've jumped the gun - they haven't had much time to respond, (enough to reiterate our financial arrangement however). It's also true that shoddy packaging cannot be rectified by communication. But I shall report our future dealings in a hopeful and judicious manner. Thanks.

The order was placed jointly by my wife Shirley and me. Watchez.com may recognize her moniker rather than mine. Thank-you.
