On January 23rd, I paid $199 for a replica rolex on watchez.com I have contacted "Andy" several times. To his credit he has responded to each of my e-mails. I am filing on this site as a preemptive measure. I see that others have had trouble, but it seems a few have been resolved. I am looking for proof of shipment with some sort of verifiable tracking information or a full refund. Either would be satisfactory and I will consider the matter resolved. I understand that there is risk involved in purchasing an item such as a replica rolex from overseas so I am willing to make allowances that I would not make ordinarily with other online merchants. I will update this complaint until the matter is resolved whether positively or negatively.
