Complaint Review: Watchez.com

I contacted this company in mid-November about delivery before Christmas. "No problem", I was told. Two weeks before Christmas, I started sending emails asking at first for information and after no response, for my money back, but no reply. They quickly made contact after I reported them to Paypal. Got some of money back, not all of it. Watchez asked me to withdraw my complaint, promising my watch plus a pen within days. According to their latest email, still asking me to reverse my Paypal complaint, my goods should have already arrived, no shipping verification supplied. Draw your own conclusions. I'm still trying to get my outstanding balance back from Paypal, not holding out much hope.
