Complaint Review: Watchez.com

Watchez.com & Transecute.com received my payment, form e-mail response, no sign of product after 20 days paid Mumbai Internet

on sept 26 i placed an order with watchez.com.
my account was charged two days later according to my bank. on sept 27 ,i received an e-mail to verify my account was set up and for me to verify my address. it also said my order would ship in 10 or so days.

during this time i received several e-mails with about 30 e-mail addresses for this guy named andy. looks like a goof in the form e-mail system they have. several days went by and i tried to track my shipment only to be told my order was in process. after the ten days i tried to contact watchez to find out a status on my order.

i was sent a reply (the only reply that wasn't a form reply so far)that said my order would ship on the eleventh of october, and for me to please be patient.
after the eleventh of october i tried again to track my order with the same result. i then sent another e-mail to watchez asking what the status of my order was. the reply came that it wasn't safe to send my order yet and for me to please be patient.

after this reply came another e-mail asking for me to verify my address again and my order was to ship again in ten days.

so i sent another e-mail asking for a refund since my order wasn't shipped. the same reply of it wasn't a safe time to ship and my order would be shipped in a couple of days. please be patient.

there have been a total of 14 e-mails sent and so far nothing but form e-mails as a reply. so i got online and found out i'm not the only one with problems with them. however i'm also like every one else here in the fact that i didn't think to check this out before hand. i wish i had.

if my product comes and is as described i will reply here. after reading what others have said about this i'm not getting my hopes up. i will praise them if needed, but it is not looking good at this time.

at the time of this complaint this is going on 21 days and nothing for my money. as of this time i will recommend not doing business with watchez.com or transecute.com in any way . even if the watch was real i don't think it would be worth all this trouble.

watch delivered broken

october the 23,2006. watch delivered broken. watch looks good as per picture i will give them that. but the movement is not japan automatic. i own several japan automatic and it is not japan movement.

the watch operates fine unless you know what you are looking for you would not know it was a fake, but it can not be set. after paying that amount of money (almost $200.00) this watch should work properly.

i have sent watchez an e-mail asking for a refund.
we will see how that turns out.

another disturbing thing is the watch came from china not india. they claim japan product and that they are from india and yet the package comes from china by a china courier service.
all in all i would stay away from this company. they should not even still be in business. i can't believe there isn't a way to hold them accountable. so i will just say don't do business with them at all. they are a JOKE!

10/16/06 after writing of my experience on this website (around 10:00p.m.)my e-mail was updated saying my order had been shipped on 10/16/06. there was a link for shipping details in the e-mail that did not work then or any time i have tried it after.

So far this still has me unimpressed. will update further as this unfolds.

According to the e-mail i should receive my product in the next few days. we will see.
