watchrepair.net Jeff Herman Failed to return my watch Boca Raton Florida
I sent a Movado watch to Jeff Herman for a new crystal. After a couple of month he informed me that he had not received the crystal. A few weeks later he agreed to return the watch and refund the repair charge. Several weeks later he promised to call me. That was the last I heard from him. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and requested that my bank charge back the money he did not earn. No reponse to the BBB or me.
In my opinion Jeff is a crook or con artist. Chaulk it up to experience. You cannot believe any of the glowing testimonials on his web site.

This customer sent in an old Movado ladies watch. We tried to repair it but it was impossible to get parts. Apologized to the customer, sent him back his watch and refunded his money. The total cost was in the amount of $199.00. Just tried to call customer to ask him to set the record straight and sure enough, his phone number was disconnected. It is unfortunate that some of our customers have unrealistic expectations. We can only work with what we have. In many cases we are successful when others have not been but in this case, we couldn't help this customer. I am always available by phone 561-95509459.
