In April 2011, I brought my Breitling watch in for an estimate at Watchrepair.net. in Boca Raton. An estimate was promised within 48 hrs. Never got it. Made several calls and was finally told the watch was being repaired and would be ready soon! I never authorized repairs, but by then had no choice. After chasing them, I was finally able to pick up my watch and stupid enough to give Jeff Herman $600.00 in cash in spite of the fact a gold marker was missing, which he said was on order and would be mailed to me within a month. That was a year ago and in spite of several calls and emails, I never got it. What's more, the watch doesn't work any better. They never fixed it, only polished it to a shine. Last I heard from Jeff Herman was when I sent him an email last January threathening him to have my son, who is an attorney, sue him. He called me and apologized profusely, saying they had been burglarized, then one of their employees had stolen a considerable amount of merchandise etc. etc. thus explaining the delays and that the missing gold marker would be sent to me Xpress Post within 10 days. Never got it.  Watchrepairs is a one man show with a small office where Jeff Herman's wife answers the phone while he hides from clients. They subcontract repairs, are in trouble with Breitling for using their name without permission. Their mailing adress is a Post Office in a shopping center, while their office as such is a few miles away, which makes them difficult to find.

I am 67 years old and have had my own business for 35 years. I treat people fairly and expect the same treatment.

My advise: NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WATCHREPAIR.NET.

I met with Jeff Herman on April 25 and he gave me a check to compensate for the part for my Breitling he had been unable to provide.
