WATER BED OUTLET FAILURE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER TAMPA, Florida

PLACED AN ORDER ON OCT 4, FOR A NEW WATERBED MATTRESS, AN ELECTRIC PUMP, AND ONE SET OF SHEETS WITH POLES.  RECEIVED MATTRESS WITHIN A WEEK, ALSO RECEIVED A PUMP WHICH WAS DEFECTIVE BUT REPLACED WITHIN TWO DAYS.  IT HAS NOW BEEN 14 WORKING DAYS AND SHEETS THAT WERE ORDERED STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED AND WHEN CALLING STORE, I GET THIS SAME WOMAN WHO SAYS SHE IS A MANAGER AND HAS NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE AND THEY ARE HAVING VENDOR PROBLEMS WITH THE SHEET.  THEY CLAIM THAT THEIR EMAILS ARE NOT GETTING ANSWERED, WELL IT DOESN,T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THE VENDER AND FINDOUT WHAT IS GOING ON.  THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE GIVES THE ATTUDE THAT YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO WAIT OR WE CAN TRY TO REFUND YOUR MONEY WHICH MEANS FINDING ANOTHER COMPANY AND ORDERING AGAIN AND WAITING ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO.  I HAVE TOLD HER THAT I WAS GOING TO REPORT THIS ACTION TO THE BBB OF FLORIDA AND ALSO TO THEIR HOME OFFICE IN TEXAS BUT SHE JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE. I'VE MADE THREE CALLS IN THE PAST WEEK AND A HALF AFTER GIVING THEM THE 7-10 DAYS THEY TELL YOU FOR SHIPPING.  EACH TIME I GET THE SAME NON CARING ATTITUDE OF "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO".
