    1. Water bills fluctuating from month to month (never know if the bill will be under 100.00 or over, up to 460.00 dollars)
    2. Fluctuating water/sewage consumptions 5,300 gallons-36,000 gallon with no leaks, which means the METERS ARE THROWING ERRORS AND GIVING BAD READINGS.
    3. When you call the Water Systems company about the bills you’re always told there must be a leak, call a plumber (when there is no leak). Then the Bill mysterious goes down the next couple of months then back up again. Then down again.
    4. Payment Dates change from month to month (one month it’s the 14th, one month it’s the 9th or 10th ) late charges and or immed shut offs. Late fee 10.00/Reconnect 45.00.
    5. Pay online they charge Convenience fee 5.00 unless its auto. If auto no fee  (We can’t do auto because of the fluctuation of the bills. Most companies only charge a convivence fee if you call and pay, not if you pay online).
    6. Pay a processing fee of 12.44 each.
    7. Water gets CUT off even when bill is paid at time for hours, days or even up to a week
    8. Can’t get any answers- Water System rude Customer service
    9. Can’t get any answers about high water bills - AMI rude Property Manager
    10. We are Paying a 115.00 maintenance fee to AMI that does not cover water

water bills for 1400 - 1600 sqf normally run 40-50 dollars

NEVER HAD ISSUES LIKE THIS UNTIL THEY WERE CONTRACTED
