Complaint Review: Water Systems inc

Water Systems inc Utility billing services i They were constantly over billing me. Finally, they admitted to reading the wrong submeter; however; I did not get a refund for the 2 years 9 months of over billing. In addition, they refused to provide the bills they say I actually owed. I discovered this company can't possibly be reading my meter because the manufactures that makes the transmitter that sends the signal told me the signal won't read that far and this company doesn't even exist in Clarksville, Tenn where they claim they are reading this meter. How is this fraudulent company still in business???? Daphne AL

This company is a fraudulent billing company with no physical address where they claim they exist and provide meter reading / billing services. They over billed me for 2 years 9 months and finally admitted they had not read my meter. They claimed the meter signal was crossed with another resident; howerver, they refused to provide the corrected bills reflecting my actual usage. I never received a refund. I checked with the meter and transmitter companies and discovered that these devices can not be read at the distance where they claim they are being read. The employees continuously use this phrase " we are a third party billing company and we bill at the direction of the owner" They can't read meters and the billing comes from the apartment managed by Heritage Properties. What is the purpose of using a company and pretending they are independantly billing and reading submeters when they do neither???
