I'm glad you claim to be so reputable, Mike. You have avoided my calls, text messages and email for years. You know what you did and despite Pauly telling you to refund it you have been running. You are ducking the process server and did not pick up certified mail from my attorney. You took a $3,000 deposit from me in November 2011 and never did a single thing. Justine promised to send a check and never did. I ended up selling the house as is and you did nothing. Don't disrespect Pauly's memory by screwing me out of this money. I know Frankie tried to talk to you as well. Why are you running? I know you have tax problems and I would have helped you had you asked me. Do the right thing. Thank you.
