This company will pay construction draws up to about 2/3rds of the loan amount and not pay any future monetary draws so as to milk you for big interest. Your stuck paying them their payment unless you have the cash to finish the home yourself because no other financial institution will get involved for liability reasons until its finished and mortgagable.

They also want you to change your sworn statements to suit them and want additional non contract items to be added to your contract with the customer for no more money. Stick with your local Bank if you want a smooth transaction when having your home built.
