Marilyn Blum Williams - Watermark Custom Homes and Century 21 Dean Gilbert Realtors -- BEWARE!
Watermark Custom Homes built a home at the entrance of subdivision. Left the job unattended for weeks at a time, refused to clean up soil that washed into the street creating a dirt road into what WAS a very nice neighborhood. When confronted, she thumbed her nose, said the other owners in the subdivision did not know what we were talking about. I even sent her photographs and she still denied any obligation or connection with the situation. She also LIED about her company's intention to clean up the mess.
During the construction, her contractors also cut into a water line and an underground communications cable. She tried to blow us off, basically washing her hands and saying it wasn't her fault. (No utility reports were requested, or else she would have KNOWN there was going to be a problem.) Nothing is ever her fault, according to her, whereas the truth is, everything was her fault.
This sleazy, sneaky, crooked, snarky woman is also a realtor with Century 21 Dean Gilbert Realtors. If she is a disreputable builder then it stands to reason that she is a disreputable realtor connected with a disreputable broker. Stands to reason. So beware of Watermark Custom Homes, beware of Marilyn Blum Williams and beware of Century 21 Dean Gilbert Realtors. They are ALL bad news!
