These people are scam artists. Do not let them scam you too.

I entered a photo of my daughter in their online photo contest. There was no cost to enter. A little while later I rec'd a letter telling me my photo had been chosen to be published in a book of children's photos. There was no cost to me for my photo to be included in the book. They also sent me an order form to pre-order the book.

I fell for it. I sent them a check for $103.95 to order the book and have some info about my photo printed along with the photo. This was in Jan of 2008! I was told my book would arrive in spring. Spring came and went. I called and was told my book had changed and it was now called something else and would arrive in summer. Summer came and went. I called again and was told fall. At this point I was getting very mad. I was very proud of my photo and would have loved to see if published.

I got fed up in Nov of 08 and called and asked for a refund. I was told it would take 4 weeks to process. I was given a story about my book being published and was due to ship the end of Dec. I told her I did not want the book that I had waited long enough and wanted my money back. I told her I did not believe that my photo was ever going to be published.

It is now Feb 09 and I still have nothing. No book and no money. I tried to call their number and get a recording that says

"our office is closed for the holidays and will re open Jan 2nd"
What the hell is that.
This place is a huge scam and should be stopped from taking peoples money. Why are they still allowed to do business.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Maryland.
