WaterPure International Atmospheric Water Generator machines did not work as promised to make water from air and cost me thousands of dollars at a loss in money invested for bldg rent, utilities, and sales materials, plus 40% of my original investment as a distributor that has not been refunded, in my attempt to  operate as a legitimate distributorship business.  I invested $10,000.00 into an exclusive territory in good faith and as promised for a distributorship for product with WaterPure International. They represented their product worked in my area and tht they were the only ethical US manufactured working atmospheric air to water generators produced in quantity on the market available to buy to resell.  They also offer a stock investment as per their growth of large orders being placed.   


I must say to any prospective buyers and investors looking at WaterPure International to please beware of this company and their failure to provide machines in production, and that actually work, after my unfortunate experiences, as well as another former larger distributor there in Florida who experienced similar problems who still does not have a working water machine from those supplied.  WaterPure is also operating at a loss from latest stock reports and financials listed if you do your research of them online.


Facts: 3 demo machines (not production machines as promised) were shipped and received seperately for demo purposes.  None produced water as guaranteed tested, and promised face to face previously by CEO Paul Lipschulz of this company.  Their facility in Florida falsely represented having working tested production machines as represented by the CEO Paul Lipschulz of this company per signed contract commited to last year.  9 months later I am still calling them weekly for refund of monies unpaid as promised since they have made only small installments at possibly the investment of other investors much like a ponzi scheme, since Paul states they don't have money coming in to reimburse. Their testimonials of distributors on their website are untrue if you google and check with those distributors listed as to their real experince with this product as well.


I hope this can be of value to avoiding one's loss of money invested in anyway with WaterPure International.

In rebuttal to waterpure international's  response, their side of explanation is completely untrue.  The first machine did not condensate to produce water as promised.  I had a licensed commercial heating/refigeration/plumber do an inspection, test, and recharge the refrigerant gas in the first machine received after troubleshooting and finding no refrigerant gas contained.  This was suspected due to the fact that the machine did not work indoors in my home in winter here in Northwest when received and setup, and having called Waterpure they themselves recommended this repair when I told them machine was not producing water from air indoors after running for 48 hours straight. The machine did produce condensation outdoors on test once recharged, but once more failed indoors due to low humidity of 30% from heated building due to cold winters.  Waterpure's Paul ceo and Richard marketing manager said there would be plenty of humidity neccessary to produce condensation when visiting their facilities and paying for distributorship on trip to Florida.  They stated several times their machines would provide adequate water production for commercial drinking water purposes knowing I was to re-sell machines to replace bottled water users in commercial offices.  The machine was sent back and picked up for return on same pallet in same box packaging as originally received, and their contract shipper is only to blame if machine not received same as originally shipped in their words.  Their largest original distributor Brandt plumbing company in Florida spent $50,000 investment on same machines and never had one work efficiently as promised too as I confirmed after my problems started.
The second machine was delivered to me without a pallet or adequate packaging, and was heavily damaged on multiple sides, top, as well as bottom being caved in and wheels jammed into bottom from probably being dropped by shipper since was not secured to a pallet and inadequate packaging.  They only gave excuses as shipper picked up 2nd unit from them and handled packaging. I have pictures of machine received as proof that I also sent to waterpure within hour of receiving.  At that point having invested $10, 000. and found machines not working, they only wanted to ship more to me saying their prototypes must have been damaged somehow and the machines would work here.  The licensed refrigeration plumber hired can validate the inefficiency of air to water machines in heated indoor buildings during fall and winter months here since waterpure continually denies it.  They also did not provide production machines as paid and contracted to do so in addtition to the inefficiency issues, as another reason for demanding refund since volume of machines would be unavailable to obtain with their constant machine upgrades/changes being made at waterpure international.
I am still calling them and demanding my refund balance promised since they did not return my full investment as agreed and promised by Paul Lipschultz ceo, now 1 1/2 years later.  He recently as of four months ago promised payments weekly in small amounts, but has since failed to deliver as promised as he stated he gave me his word he would do to fulfill refund.
Whether or not they want to admit it, Waterpure International machines as well as others in marketplace should not be bought for use as botled water service replacement, since heated indoor buildings will affect low output if any of water condensation needed to provide adequate drinking water volume.  I am an honest business man that invested into a distributorship on good faith with promises given by waterpure that were just to good to be true now knowing the difference and I wish others to know the truth before investing and possibly loosing their investment as well.  Do tests prior to exchanging of any money to validate first air to water atmospheric generators work efficiently in your area and under all seasonal indoor conditions.

I just called Waterpure and got the runaround. All I wanted to know was the price of the unit and they said I have to give my contact info, sales will give me the price... oh no one is available...

common what is the price? Why are you hiding it? The answer was in the above complaint... watch out for companies that hide the price... it shows there is not true value.

WaterPure International has been in business since 2005 and has provided over 400 units to distibutors around the world.  The gentleman that filed the report against us visited our factory in person and met all the key personnel involved.  After deciding to distribute a first machine was sent to him promptly.  He complained that is was broken and returned the unit (at our expense)..another unit was promptly sent.  When the first unit was returned it was impossible to tell what was wrong because it was not packaged properly.  We have photos of the unit being shipped and then again when it was returned.  The second unit was never set up properly according to our detailed manual of instructions.  He admitted that.  Then decided emotionally to give up and send that back also.  We can verify twelve calls giving advise on service, none of which seemed to be understood.   We brought back the second unit, also at our expense.  Again, no care was given to its packing.   However, when set up properly it was tested here at our factory and ran fine.  The damage was only to its outside stainless cover.  All monies we were returned other than the costs of shipping.  Claims to the shipper by us were denied because the return packing job was improper.   I have been asking my accounting department to still repay the balance of $1500 in spite of our uncovered lossed and though they are balking (properly so) they will do so and are budgeted it in.  Accusations such as a ponzi scheme are obviously unmerited.  Thank you
