Complaint Review: Waterways Epoxy Solutions

Signed a contract to have my pool drained, resurfaced and painted by Waterways.  Total time to complete was to be two weeks.  Two months (and many phone calls) later, the job was finally done.  However, as we filled the pool with water after the proscribed hardening period, paint immediately began to come loose.  The company owner (Ronnie) assured me that he would be able to remedy the problem with small patches.

Unfortuanately, a year later, Ronnie has never pitched to fix the problem, and he is not available over the telephone.  Next step -- small claims court. Buyer beware!
