Complaint Review: Waterworks inc.

In my opinion, I never ran into a more dishonest, fraudulent company EVER! I will not share my details until my attorney approves my draft. Just let it be known that every negative review tells almost the same story. ( search bbb and the web) and you will see. As for the positive ones, well in my opinion, are all written by someone associated with waterworks. I to will be disputing charges not authorized. And will continue to share my stories and opinions through social media until they make it right.

If it walks like a duck, talk likes a duck, well you know how the rest goes "it must be a duck!" Just keep this in mind after reading all of the negative comments about this company. In my opinion, they will respond with a completely different story on the accounts of what happen on every post. 1000 people can't be wrong. There for its a DUCK!

This is what they consider a Ez-flo system they refer to it as ferti flo it's a 12" PVC with two caps, by their own admission they make it in house and it has no product information or instructions. According to ez-flo representative this home made device will not work anything like their ez-flo. And in their opinion could possibly damage your landscape. Waterworks Sale representative leaves ez-flo information never mentioning that they will be installing something other than the ez-flo system and even refers to it as ez-flo. Even after the installation when this was brought to his attention their sales representative still insisted that they installed the ez-flo system even in the Presence of a police officer. In addition the ez-flo information they left behind also refers to the process as "ferti flo"so in my opinion this is where they got their name for their home made device.

In my opinion this is misrepresentation and fraud. Sell you one thing and install something Completely different . Google ez-flo and compare. Rest a sure in the company's response to this review, they will tell you that I didn't pay for it and that they exchanged it on their dollar. As their sales representative ascertain in front of police that I paid for their home made contraption. In addition they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card for the correct one. They are also going to argue that they gave me a free rain gage and rotors. All complete lies. Maybe they should talk with your sales representative. I have the 1st proposal and the second when it was added, ( price went up). I will post more photos and the contract for everyone's review with comments. As well as text and emails.

In addition to my previous post , when I contacted the owner about coming out and correcting the system he said and I quote "you don't want me to come out there" when asked why? He replied "because I will kill you. " I immediately called the South Elgin police. At this time no one from waterworks inc. Or anyone associated with said company may enter my property without me being home.

After seeing my post on social media. The owner or (Roger) he says he's the owner but according some information he may not be. Contacted me, asking me if he refunded the 115.00 unauthorized charge would I take down my post. Because of his and his office perpetual lies, I responded that once I see the credit post that we would take it from there. I will post screen shots of other individuals post from the BBB, Home advisor, who also claim that he made unauthorized charges to support my claim. (See picture )

Today, Roger called me and asked if I had taken down the post as agreed. I promptly corrected him and saying that I would consider taking them down once the unauthorized charge credit, posted back to my account. And that he replace the rotor head the the sales representative agreed to replace. At that point, the Conversation return to the same type of dialogue that I became use to by him and his Company. Filled with threats of coming out and removing the system and that his best friend is a lawyer, and he will sue me and make me spend thousands in court.

I have been very patient with waterworks and Roger, however, they don't seem like they would like to make things right. And from this point forward I will not have any contact with Roger or anyone who works for waterworks inc. However I will continue to be diligent on sharing my story and opinion of what happen.

Thank you to whoever posted some of the email Communications. However, the emails only show half of the story. However In my opinion, It clearly illustrates how waterworks takes what was verbally agreed to, and later send a email full of lies and manipulated paperwork ( see photos ) as if it was fact. As I'm sure your learning by now from my post as well as others is that this is normal Protocall for waterworks inc. For example, after much Discussion and numerous calls with the office staff, (who are in my opinion, very rude and unprofessional. ) about when they would be replacing their home made device and incorrect heads. Finally 9-8-14Approximately one month later they had agreed to make it right. On 9-8 one of their service guys came out and exchanged their "ferti-flo for ez-flo and one of the 2 incorrect head as agreed upon. see picture #8 for service invoice for "0" dollars in total. An hour later I received email that they billed by cc# without my permission. My opinion, is that this seems to be typical behavior by waterworks, as you can see. This is the same charge return they promised if I would take down my post on social media.

Again, in my opinion most if not all of the positive reviews are written by someone associated with waterworks. Consider this, is Karen G the owner. ( the same person who is telling you that I can't be trusted in her response. ) The same Karen G ( now a customer?) that wrote such a beautiful positive review? How about Angela L, Peter P and Steve W all posted such great reviews but also their reviews removed for content violation. why? How about Jackie F? Is this the same Jackie F who is a friend to waterworks Facebook page and works for the company ? I can't say for certain but they seem like it to me. Karen, if you want credible good reviews. Own your poor past mistakes and acknowledge and apologize to all the people you and your company have done wrong and try to make it right. People by the most part are forgiving. I however have given waterworks multiple opportunities to do so. So when your sales representative called today to ask me if he could come out and go over what still needs to be done, I declined. As the saying goes" fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I learn from my mistakes and declined your offer. Let me also give you some advice. When a project goes as bad as this one has. Don't try to make it right by sending the sales rep. Back out. We were past that stage, 2 days after the install. When I called about my concerns. In addition I had made that offer to Roger ( owner) however he declined.

As to what you installed.(per contract?) Although I had given you the plot survey to my property, you still managed to place two rotor heads in my neighbors yard that I will have to move. Because you installed the system other than what was agreed upon between me and your sales representative I will have to replace a rotor head that is over watering a shady portion of my lawn. You know, the one that you wanted to charge me a $120.00 service call fee, plus $45.00 for the new rotor. That's $165.00 for a $8.00 rotor. Too big a margins for me. And to think, you were going to send that same sales representative back out to resolve things. Do you honestly want me to believe at this point that things would get done as agreed? isn't this where all the problems started? No thanks, I won't be fooled again.

Karen, I challenge you to make your argument. But this time support it with facts instead if just saying so. Otherwise in my opinion, you just look ignorant and foolish. Take down your post because as most can see now is completely rubbish.
