Wathcfinder UK False information on returns policy Internet
I have purchased to what I beleived a "new" Omega watch worth nearly 3,000, advertised and also confirmed as new to me by one of the sales team. I have had nothing but problems since receiving it and it clearly states in their return policy that they will do a refund if the customer is dissatisfied or the product is faulty.
I have returned the watch for repair under the warranty and were hardly able to ware the "new" watch I bought. It kept loosing time and I am not prepared to spend so much money on a watch, with such a reputation, to loose time.
This is obvious a faulty watch and although I received a warranty that seems to be authentic, I communicated with the company and they refused a refund or to replace the faulty Omega watch.
I am not prepared to receive the watch back as it never worked properly and have no alternative as to contact my lawyer and also Omega about Watchfinder.co.uk.
I hope this report will not only help me in this case, but to also assist other consumers who purchase on e-commerce.
I also dont understand how a company registered in the UK can support a refund policy and dont respect that.
