We purchased over $6500 worth of patio furniture for our home about four years ago. The entire set is falling apart; including the cushions and the frame of the furniture. Part of the reason we chose Watson’s was because our salesperson spoke so highly of the warranties they offer.

We have attempted numerous times to resolve this with Watson’s Customer Service department, in particular Terry Taylor and his manger, George Gigous. After trading tons of emails and phone calls, over a year’s period of time, we are still without a resolution and or replacement of the furniture. Per Terry, it is up to the manufacturer to handle our claim, and they may require additional pictures (more than the 12) that were sent a year ago! In fact, the last contact we have had with them was in January 2015. Terry said he needed additional pictures, and was even going to charge us a service fee to have his representative come out and take a look at the furniture and take additional pictures that he said HE needed!

We are simply so furious and frustrated that Watson’s is not taking responsibility and resolving. We purchased our furniture from Watson’s, not the manufacturer, Woodard.
