Waunita Spears/irresistible Tiny Treasure Never recieved my papers.... says she mailed them for 2 months Gulfport/Saucier Mississippi
I received my puppy from Waunita Spears on 7-13-2006 I am still waiting for my papers. I have asked for my papers every week most of the time 3-4 times a week. In total I have asked 25 times, I have all my e-mails. She has told me 10-11 different times that she has mailed them. I am so sick of waiting for my papers. I am filling a complaint with CKC and the Mississippi State Attorney General's Office.

I wish you could just TRY to get this right for once.
My sister did have some of my dogs after the Hurricane and she lives in Hattiesburg.
BUT .. now pay attention Lindsey..
That puppy (YOU KNOW THE ONE YOU PD 100.FOR? THAT YOU HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT FROM DAY ONE?)came from my freinds home in Moselle Ms.
NOT HATTIESBURG> and not from my sisters. This is what I was trying to tell you in that email.
My freinds name is the one that is on her papers.
WHAT EXACTELY IS YOUR COMPLAINT NOW? YOU HAVE YOUR PUPPY AND YOUR PAPERS. A 1500. PUPPY FOR 100. WITH PAPERS AND YET YOU STILL ARE COMPLAINING.....

Here is a copy of her e-mail she sent to me. By the way I nevered recieved any of the items promised by Mrs. Spears for the raffle, $50 in puppy clothes, a stroller, & one other item I can not recall.

I am responding to the comments made by Lindsey. She made statements that the papers took so long to come. Yes It did take me a long time because of an error on the parents papers and they had to be reordered. I mailed them and they took a wk and a couple of days to get to her. When she recieved the papers they had my freinds name as the breeder. This is not unusal at all. I do get pups from my freind as she does from me . We share stud services and when either of us are in need of a puppy for a customer we help each other.
She is not nor did I ever say she was my sister,I said my sister had some of my dogs because of repairs after the hurricane and yes she did and still does. But she is in Hattiesburg not in Moselle .
She also states that I bought that puppy for 700.and was selling her for 1500.. Well is not true at all. First off. I purchased a whole litter. Mrs.Barton did not purchase this puppy from me. She won her in a Raffle I had on my website to bring in money to help the Human Shelter here in Gulfport for all that they did during and after Katrina. She bought a ticket for 100. and won this puppy. What I pd for the puppy has no bearing on this case what so ever. I do purchase pups from my breeder freinds as they do from me. I may purchase for 700 to 1000. and hold them months before selling them. Taking them to the vet and feeding them and giving shots and wormings. Then shipping and vet papers. So yes when I do sell I dont sell for the same price that I purchased for.
She got her Precious Maltese and her papers. The human shelter recieved their contribution for the raffle . I was simply trying to do a good thing and make someone happy. I am truly sorry if she feels that she was in any way treated with anything less than respect. Lindsey I wish you the best of luck and happiness with your Irresistible Tiny Treasure.
