Used shakes and drops to lose weight and your food choises were very limited. I did stick to the plan and did lose approximately 28 lbs. BUT, I was hungry all the time. So, after the 30 days, in time, I ended up putting all the weight back on. It cost me over a $1,000 to be on this plan. What a ripoff. Sure, after the 30 days, they want you to continue on a maintainance plan for more money. Per their requirement, I checked in once every week to be weighed and asked the lady what to do about my hunger and never really got a duable answer. The only time I saw Dr. Scharer was at the initial consulation. He never bothered to see me after that.
