First off, Tony is very personable and is a nice guy. I went to him based upon a referral which I trusted so I didn't question him when he only gave me verbal estimates.
He only gave me verbal estimates for parts and usually did not include the labor.
In addition, he sold me a Pioneer GPS/Radio system that he said did voice activation and then I had to return it and pay over $100 more at Amazon to get the upgraded model that does do voice activation. I had to buy the new Pioneer system from Amazon because Tony changed his verbal quote from $300 to upgrade to $500.  I paid about $100 more through Amazon.
He also charged me $20 for dash lights plus $89 labor.
Vince, the technician, told me the other technician just forgot to plug in the lights.
He does good work but he needs to give customers written estimates so you know what you are paying for.

You are calling me names because either you are Tony or are affiliated with him. Websites like this help get the truth out.  The truth is that Tony did not give written estimates and he is required to by The Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Bureau of Electronics and Appliance Repair.  In addition, he did not have a valid license with these bureaus and  was in violation.  He changed dash lights that were not working because his technician didn't plug them back in.

but...when you say Tony charged you $20.00 for dash lights...what does that mean? Did your vehicle not already come with dash lights from the factory?
