My elderly father ordered the WaxVac product. After receiving the product and finding out that it did not work at all, he called back to find out how to return the item.
The customer service representative told him he would have to give them his social security number to process his request. After giving the number, he realized he had be duped into a scam.
He had to contact the credit reporting agencies to put a "watch" on his accounts and had his credit cards canceled and renewed.
This company is preying on seniors and should be shut down.
