Unfortunately my company, The Way Home Investors, is listed in this complaint as being associated with KACW Properties when, in fact, my company was a victim of KACW's unethical (and probably illegal) practices. As one of the other posts about The Way Home Investors shows, I actually took KACW Properties to court in Orange and Seminole Counties in Florida and prevailed against them and got my properties back.
Please clear my company's name and do not allow it to be associated with KACW. I have an honest business and would like to keep my reputation unsmeared by the dishonest actions of someone I (mistakenly) chose to do business with.
