Wayne Country Friend Of The Court ripoff, discrimination Detroit Michigan
The Wayne County Friend of the Court has misplaced several thousand dollars of support money intended for my daughter. I made payments for over 6 months before my daughter's mother saw a single penny of the money. They said that was because they were changing over to a new system.
Just a few weeks ago, my daughters mother went 3 weeks with no check. When she called to find out why, they gave her 3 different answers on three different calls.
I'm tired of getting screwed over by this system where answers are drawn out of thin air and money is misplaced or stolen from my daughter (and myself).
The accounting practices there are horrible. Payors have money shown as not being paid and payees are not getting money that is there. The FOC then blames it on "deadbeats" when the problem is with their office!
