am not recieving my checks regularly. I spoke with someone by the name os Camilla today and she had asked me if I was on welfare. I stated to her I have not been on that since 1992. If you guys are suppose to help us how can we trust you to help us if there is no accurate information. Also my son's father's taxes were taken from him I never got a letter stating so or anything what is going on? Please advise with help at your earliest convenence. Hai Taylor, Michigan

Federal law states that any federal refunds will go to pay any outstanding arrearage owed to the Family Independence Agency (FIA)first, then any remaining refund amount can go to the custodial parent.
