Complaint Review: Wayne County Friend Of The Court

I have been dealing with the Friend Of The court for 12 years and I have had th esame horrible treatment and service for every one of those 12 years.

My payments have always come inconsisitantly.I have never received an honest answer when I could reach someone on the phone.

It is a joke that my child's father has worked hard to provide for his child, and his child only recieves what FOC chooses to disburse, when they chose to diburse it.

I don't even get my weekly payments on time or regularly, so I shouldn't be suprised that my son's father's income tax return check, that was
credited to our account over 6 weeks ago, hasn't been disbursed yet.

And the only reason they had the oppotunity to collect it, is because it took FOC over 6 months to proccess a request for increase.

I tryed to have my child support changed to courts in Toledo, Ohio when I moved here and ofcourse that could not be done.

I do not understand if this is the State Of Michigan who has actually taken over why this continues to be a problem.
