FOC Hasn't Given The Back-Pay To My Child! Won't Answer Their Phones .....
Last tax season I paid money that was owed in back-pay to the FOC through tax refunds. A month ago, I received another letter stating I never paid that money through my taxes, and the FOC says I owe a larger amount of money now. They said they are forwarding my name to a collection agency.
I have documents from the IRS that prove the IRS took that money from my wife and I's 2001 taxes and sent it to the FOC in the form of a check. Now the FOC phones are not taking calls. I have been faxing them my proof of documents and no one is contacting me! Will the IRS let them take that amount of money all over again?? HELP!
