Complaint Review: Wayne County Friend Of The Court

After having support changed several times, stopped reportedly by me(CP)which was untrue, it was done by one of the reps, after my ex, the (NCP) went to the FOC to have payment stopped, not by a Judge but by the FOC, now that they have messed up, I'am told I have to pay to restore the original order of $138.47 per wk. for CS and $250.00 per month for SS, because they can't change an order.

At the end of last year I was told that everything would be put in order, after complaining repeatedly.

The AVRS stated on Dec.27, of2004 that after a payment of $138.47 there was a bal, of $852.63 with a credit of $371.46 for CS, $9.00 for prosessing fees, $12.00 for service fee, $1203.09 owed to SS. January 3,2005 the bal. was $714.16, $509.93, credit for CS, the fees are the same as well as the SS owed, January 10, 2005 $575.69 was the bal, $648.40 the rising Credit fees and arrears for SS remain the same.

To date 1/26/2005the balance is $437.22, credit 735.79 fees are the same, but Oh there is now a change in the spousal support now it is $1152.01.

Maybe I'am more of a dummy at math then I was for staying with this guy for as long as I did, can someone out there PLEASE explain to me how there can be an arrears and still get a credit? As the custodial parent I seem to have no rights. I need help.
