Approx. 2 years ago. thought I had ran out of diesel while at the Vets. Contacted Wayne Williams Dodge. employee brought $5.00 worth. plus paid $10.00 for the service..

This happened again. however. the employee lost my alarm/remote for truck..(burgular/elect.locks)
Realized this. went to the company immediately. They could not find it. while there. had my gauge fixed. paid over $400.00 for this. Still... no remote. They cut my wires to the remote. left hanging down. interferring with brake.

Owner (Wayne Wiliams) later told me that I was in too big of a hurry. never admitting that they are at fault !
They also cut the wires for locking my electric doors.
Cannot automaticaly lock them anymore. Owner said that I would have to set up an apointment for such. I did. with HIM !

Out of courtesy, I called to confirm that I would be there the next morning. owner said again that I would have to set up an appointment I told him that I already did thru him... and, asked him to call me back. He never has ! The old goat was only interested in conversation of bragging on himself when I was face to face with him about the problems his company created! Bear in mind. I did not have to set up an appointment when I paid to have my gauge fixed what stress it has been to try to get their mistake to be corrected !

I am a senior citizen lady would Wayne Wiliams do his to a man ? I don't think so !
