Ordered items for an event with 3 day shipping. When they didn't arrive, I contacted service and they requested more time. They promised I would get shipping infornation that day. It's two days until my event and not only have I not received shipping information, customer service is ignoring me. After reading similar complaints, I'm certain these orders do not come from the US, which seems like a bit of false advertising.
