WC.Value Plus If I order something online or on the telephone somehow this company gets my debit info and charges me $16.95. I caught them finally and got back $220.35 Minneaplis Minnesota

I order things from time to time on the internet and on the telephone using my debit card. Somehow this WC Value Plus gets my info and uses it to get money saying they offered me a gift card and I accepted however I have never receved a gift card I was told tonight I have to "ask" for this card. I want to know how I can stop this company from having access to my debit card if I order something so I want to pay cash and not use a credit card I feel this is my business not for them to steal from me.
