I have been charged $14.95 for the last 4 months or more and I have no idea what it is for. I never signed up for anything or ordered anything from that company. What can I do to get the charges removed and stoped?

I wrote to the the internet site for my account to be canceled and they worte back and said that everything was canceled, but the same day they charged my account again.
