I have called multiple times to the 888# on our credit card bill to dispute a charge of $16.95 per month, which I never authorized. I have also reported this to my credit card company. I worked in the credit card industry and banking technology for over 15 years. It is amazing to me that such a company isn't being pursued by legal means & we must create a class action suit!! They have confirmed over $372.92 in charges to my card which have yet to be credited.
