I have been charged $16.95 for a membership to a company I've never heard of and I never authorized. They will not tell me where they got my credit card number from. They are supposedly going to send me a "Refund Request Form" which I will never receive. The only way to stop the monthly charges is to go to the bank and cancel my credit card.
Why can't we stop these people? We need to start a class action lawsuit.
