WC *VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 MN

I just noticed a charge on my CC from 'these' people this morning. I have no idea who they are. I didn't sign up for any services or anything that would have a monthly charge. I called CC company and disputed this charge. I was told I had been getting charged by WC *VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 MN since January. (I hadn't noticed, I just had a baby in October and am now catching up with everything.) What the heck!?? They lady at the CC company tried to call 'these people' and was told their computers were down. Oh how convenient huh? I was supposed to get a call back after 20 minutes. It's been more than an hour. I'm very P'O'd!
