Complaint Review: Wcbilling

My bank called me about suspicious charges to my debit card. The charges were from wcbilling.com.

I checked out what I could. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what connection I could possibly had to them. The closest one was I saw was to Match.com. I tried Match.com for about a year 6 years ago in 2001. I never signed up for any additional services with Match.com and at the time, was a customer of a completely different bank.

The only thing that I think could have happened is that due to financial challenges I couldn't afford the anti-virus for my computer for a few months. During that time I was careful not to go to areas in the net where there may be trouble. I did use my debit card once for the purchase of a fanny pack and think this organization hacked my unsecured computer and got my debit card number when I did this purchase.

So far they've tapped my debit card for almost $300.

My bank froze my debit card and has issued a new one. I'm about to re-up my anti-virus subscription too.
